We help structure your agreement with the manufacturer around milestones, guarantees and clear acceptance criteria that keep the risk where it belongs.
We coordinate pre-shipment inspection through a recognised agency so quality is verified before payment milestones are released.
Where required, we supervise installation and commissioning so the machine performs against specification on your floor.
How we protect your engagement
Your engagement fee makes the relationship explicit. The recommendation you receive is the one we'd act on ourselves, qualified on technical merit.
Suppliers are assessed against your written specification, so a shortlist is something you can interrogate — not a name we simply vouch for.
Independent pre-shipment inspection is built into the payment structure, so quality is verified before a milestone is released.
Milestones, performance guarantees and penalty clauses are structured into your agreement with the manufacturer from the start.
How we're paid
An upfront engagement fee establishes Valeron Packtech as your representative and covers the sourcing work — specification, qualification, assessment and contract structuring. It also filters the relationship to serious buyers, which is in your interest.
On a completed order, we are additionally compensated by the supplier. Site supervision and inspection days, where you need them, are charged separately by agreement. Fees are quoted against the scope of your engagement once we understand it.
