Service 01 · Merchant export

We export the machine — and stand behind it.

Semi-automatic packaging machinery sourced from established Indian OEMs, inspection-tested and FAT-documented before shipment, delivered as a complete and supported solution. Manual packaging machines available on request.

Machines by function

We organise machines by what they do — not by brand.

The final model and OEM are matched to your product, throughput and budget after we understand your line. Specifications below are indicative; exact figures are confirmed against the selected OEM model and stated as the manufacturer provides them.

Filling

Volumetric, piston and auger filling for liquids, pastes, powders and granules into bottles, jars, pouches and cups.

Indicative · 500–3,000 packs/hr · single- or three-phase

Sealing

Heat sealing, band sealing and cup/tray sealing for pouches, sachets, films and pre-formed containers.

Indicative · continuous or batch · adjustable seal temp

Capping

Screw capping, ROPP capping and press-on sealing for bottles and jars, with torque control for consistent closure.

Indicative · single- or multi-head · adjustable torque

Labelling

Self-adhesive (sticker) labelling for round and flat containers — front/back, wrap-around and top labelling.

Indicative · 1,000–4,000 pcs/hr · container-dependent

Shrink-wrapping

Web sealers and shrink tunnels for single packs and multipacks — bottles, cartons and bundled units.

Indicative · sealer + tunnel · POF/PE film

Strapping

Semi-automatic strapping for cartons and bundles, securing loads for transit with PP or PET strap.

Indicative · table-top or floor · PP/PET strap

Induction sealing

Foil induction cap sealing for tamper evidence and leak protection on bottles and jars.

Indicative · conveyor or hand-held · foil-lined caps

Manual machines

Hand-operated filling, sealing and capping units for low-volume or startup lines — available on request, supplied to the same inspection and support standard.

Every quotation is specification-led: throughput, container and pack size range, power and compressed-air requirements, footprint and changeover are stated up front, so you can size the machine against your real production.

How we protect your purchase

Seven points between your enquiry and a machine running on your floor.

A genuine sequence — each step removes a specific risk from a cross-border capital purchase.

01

Independent engineering evaluation

Options are assessed on technical merit and total cost of ownership — by an engineer who has run process equipment, not by a sales target.

02

Buyer-nominated pre-shipment inspection (PSI)

You nominate the agency — SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek or TÜV SÜD. Under a letter of credit, the inspection certificate becomes a required document for payment.

03

Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) video

Your actual unit, running, with its serial number visible on camera — sent to you before any funds are committed.

04

OEM-backed warranty, passed through back-to-back

You receive the manufacturer's warranty exactly as it is given. We never extend cover the OEM has not provided.

05

First-year wear-parts kit at sale

Routine wear items — seals, blades, belts and the like — are bundled with the machine, so a predictable replacement never becomes an emergency.

06

Spares pipeline & remote troubleshooting

An ongoing supply of genuine spares and consumables, plus remote support, so a worn part doesn't stop your line for weeks.

07

Protected payment structures

Letter of credit, credit insurance and staged-advance options, structured to protect both sides of the transaction. We work through the right structure once your requirement is clear.

Pricing & terms

Quoted in US dollars, to your port, with everything stated in writing.

Machines are quoted in US dollars, typically FOB or CIF your nominated port — CIP where required. Pricing depends on the machine, scope and destination, so every figure is confirmed in a written quotation rather than published as a list.

Payment is arranged through protected structures suited to the order. We introduce the right structure once your requirement is defined — the early conversation is about the machine and how we de-risk it, not terms.

A written quotation states

  • — Machine, configuration and scope of supply
  • — Indicative throughput and utility requirements
  • — Country of origin (India) and HS classification
  • — Incoterms, port of loading and port of discharge
  • — Lead time and inspection arrangement
  • — Warranty position and first-year spares kit
