About · The founder

One engineer, accountable for every machine.

Valeron Packtech is built and run by Deepak Radhakrishna — a civil engineer with time on a real plant floor. There's no sales team between you and the person who selects, inspects and stands behind your machine. When you deal with Valeron Packtech, you deal with me.

Who you're dealing with

Deepak Radhakrishna

I'm a civil engineer. For the past year I've run a wet-mix batching plant — process equipment on a working floor, with the wear, downtime and supply-chain problems that come with keeping machinery productive day after day. Before that, I ran small-scale import/export and e-commerce operations, where I learned the mechanics of international trade at a size where mistakes were survivable.

Valeron Packtech is what I've chosen to build with that background: a merchant export business for packaging machinery, run by someone who reads a machine the way you eventually will — by what it costs to keep it running, not by what it costs to sign for.

I think like an operator, not a salesman. I'd rather talk you out of the wrong machine than close you on it, because the machine that breaks down on your floor becomes my problem too — through the warranty, the spares pipeline and the support I've built into how this business works.

I won't pretend this is a decades-old trading house. It isn't, yet. Valeron Packtech is new and deliberately small, and I'm building it from scratch — which means early buyers work directly with the person who inspects their machine, on terms designed from the first order to protect them. Day to day, I work with buyers in clear English, over WhatsApp, email and call.

Discipline

Engineering background

Civil engineer. I evaluate machinery on specification, build quality and total cost of ownership — not on a brochure.

On the floor

Plant operations

About a year running a wet-mix batching plant — first-hand experience of what downtime and worn parts actually cost a producer.

In trade

Cross-border experience

Earlier hands-on work in small-scale import/export and e-commerce — the documentation, logistics and payment side of moving goods across borders.

The company

A registered Indian export company — small, self-funded and accountable.

Valeron Packtech is the trade brand of Valeron International Private Limited, a company I incorporated in 2026 and fund myself. It is registered to export from India, and operates from Bengaluru.

Export registrations

  • IECImporter-Exporter Code — the mandatory licence to export from India, issued by the DGFT.
  • GSTRegistered under India's Goods and Services Tax, so invoicing and tax documentation are in order.
  • LUTLetter of Undertaking — lets us export on a zero-rated basis, keeping the transaction clean for you.

These are the registrations a buyer needs us to hold to trade legitimately. As the business grows and further memberships are issued, they'll be listed here — and not before.
