How we protect your purchase
A genuine sequence — each step removes a specific risk from a cross-border capital purchase.
Options are assessed on technical merit and total cost of ownership — by an engineer who has run process equipment, not by a sales target.
You nominate the agency — SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek or TÜV SÜD. Under a letter of credit, the inspection certificate becomes a required document for payment.
Your actual unit, running, with its serial number visible on camera — sent to you before any funds are committed.
You receive the manufacturer's warranty exactly as it is given. We never extend cover the OEM has not provided.
Routine wear items — seals, blades, belts and the like — are bundled with the machine, so a predictable replacement never becomes an emergency.
An ongoing supply of genuine spares and consumables, plus remote support, so a worn part doesn't stop your line for weeks.
Letter of credit, credit insurance and staged-advance options, structured to protect both sides of the transaction. We work through the right structure once your requirement is clear.
Pricing & terms
Machines are quoted in US dollars, typically FOB or CIF your nominated port — CIP where required. Pricing depends on the machine, scope and destination, so every figure is confirmed in a written quotation rather than published as a list.
Payment is arranged through protected structures suited to the order. We introduce the right structure once your requirement is defined — the early conversation is about the machine and how we de-risk it, not terms.
